A Boutique Financial Advisory Firm Specialising In Advising Distressed Businesses

What We Do

It is a part of commercial life that sometimes businesses will encounter financial distress, whether it is experiencing trading losses, tightening cash flow or creditor pressure or an extraordinary event such a large bad debt. This presents a unique set of challenges which most businesses have not previously encountered.

This is where a professional specialising in reconstruction and insolvency advice can prove to be invaluable to the business and its stakeholders to assist them in dealing with the challenges of a business experiencing financial distress.

Travaglini Corporate Advisory provides expert advice for businesses which are experiencing financial distress.

With our extensive experience and expertise in  business reconstruction and insolvency dealing with distressed and insolvent businesses,  we can provide the expert advice to find solutions to assist businesses through this difficult period.

Sometimes, businesses require formal insolvency solutions such voluntary administration or liquidation are required.  As we do not undertake formal insolvency appointments, we are able to provide independent expert advice for directors, business owners and other stakeholders.

Where a formal insolvency solution is required, we are able to work alongside any appointed voluntary administrator or liquidator, which allows us to focus on the preservation of value and protection of the relevant stakeholders, who we are advising.

How We Operate

We have over 30 years’ experience in providing professional services to business owners, directors, financiers and creditors, to deal with businesses and assets subject to financial distress and insolvency.

We provide the expert understanding of the underlying position of the business to enable a proper and complete approach to improving the position of relevant stakeholders, managing risk and preserving asset value.

We always have a first round of meetings with clients to ensure we are able to provide appropriate solutions for clients. This includes reviewing the scope of work required, expected outcomes, timing and cost. It is only once that we and our clients are mutually happy to proceed that we are formally engaged. Our role normally requires working closely with our clients to achieve the outcomes required.
